On October 1st, Brand New started their tour here in Cleveland. Opening up for them was [a band I can't remember] and Manchester Orchestra. I had never even heard of Manchester Orchestra, but after the concert, I became a fan and “purchased” their CD. Of course, headlining the tour was Brand New, and I have to say, the concert was INSANE! I had never been to a rock concert before this, and it definitely was a different experience. The whole crowd atmosphere. Getting pushed and swayed back and forth. The high energy, everything was GREAT. Brand New played a mix of old and new songs including one of my favorites: The No Seatbelt Song. One thing I would change about the concert, besides how effing COLD it was, would be getting closer and more center. Overall a GREAT show, and I hope to see them in concert again in the future.
